Joshua Specialty Printing ships all order's in the United States and Canada via UPS or Fed Ex Ground, Home Delivery, 2 Day, or Overnight with the exception of larger orders which ship via Fed Ex Freight. Please note that UPS and Fed Ex measure their transit times by "business days", so this does not count weekends. For example, if you order on a Friday, and you're in a 1 day ship zone or select next day air, your item will not be delivered until the following Monday. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. If you product was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help with this process.

Our apparel products are typically made to order and usually ship out in 2-3 business days. Lead times on custom imprinted items can be somewhat longer. If your items take longer then 2-3 business days to ship, we will do our best to make contact with you. If you have a time sensitive matter, please make a note in the comments section of the order form. You can also call or email sales@JoshuaSpecialtyPrinting.com before you place your order. Sometimes if a partial order is shipped separately or back ordered it will be noted on your invoice on the receipt of your first package.

As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number.

Each of our promotional products is customized to your specific requirements. Because of this, we are unable to accept items for return. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, however, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
